I had such a frustrating experience during my stay. The check-in was chaotic, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful. I expected a double bed, but I was given two single beds, which was tremendously disappointing for my partner and me.

the food selection was really good, the staff was super friendly especially at the restaurant and loads of activities for fun near the pool. we had a lovely deluxe room with a great view, and the pool was nice and clean. entertainment staff was energetic and made the stay fun.

sunbeds were super hard to find after breakfast, and cleaning service was kinda hit or miss, had to call a few times for cleaning during our stay.
